These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Maison Nexora LLC website and travel advisory services, regardless of your country of residence. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Maison Nexora LLC, a company organized under the laws of the United States.
“Client,” “you,” or “user” refers to any individual accessing our website or using our services worldwide.
“Suppliers” refers to third-party travel providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies, and other service providers.

2. Role of Maison Nexora LLC

Maison Nexora LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any travel supplier.

We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, negligence, insolvency, or performance of any supplier, regardless of the supplier’s country of operation.

3. Use of Website & Services

By using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
  • Refrain from misuse, scraping, interference, or unauthorized access

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel engagements at our discretion.

4. Bookings, Pricing & Payments

All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers, which may be governed by foreign laws.

  • Prices are not guaranteed until paid in full and confirmed
  • Prices may be quoted in foreign currencies and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations
  • Additional taxes, fees, duties, resort fees, or surcharges may be imposed by suppliers or governments

Service and planning fees charged by Maison Nexora LLC are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed exclusively by supplier policies, which may vary by country and provider.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • Penalties, administrative fees, or losses imposed by suppliers are the client’s responsibility
  • Maison Nexora LLC is not responsible for supplier-imposed restrictions or refund timelines

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international and domestic travel. Insurance should cover, at minimum, trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, evacuation, and repatriation.

By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with travel and related financial losses.

7. Travel Risks & Force Majeure

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Illness or injury
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Acts of terrorism or crime
  • Political instability or civil unrest
  • Weather events and natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or border closures
  • Supplier insolvency or operational failure

You voluntarily assume all such risks. Maison Nexora LLC is not liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining valid passports, visas, transit documents, and permits
  • Complying with entry, exit, customs, and immigration requirements
  • Meeting vaccination, testing, and health requirements

We do not guarantee entry into any destination or compliance with foreign government regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Maison Nexora LLC is not liable for acts or omissions of suppliers
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid directly to Maison Nexora LLC

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations; where prohibited, limitations shall apply to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison Nexora LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your actions or omissions
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of laws or regulations
  • Acts or omissions of suppliers

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, branding, text, images, and materials are the exclusive property of Maison Nexora LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

12. Disclaimers

All services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, regardless of your country of residence.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
