A non-refundable planning fee applies.
Booking & Coordination
Once you approve your itinerary, we handle bookings with trusted travel suppliers. We coordinate details to ensure your reservations align smoothly across your trip.
This includes:
· Hotel and resort bookings
· Flights and transportation (where applicable)
· Tours, cruises, and experiences
· Supplier communication and confirmation
Some bookings may include a service fee, which is disclosed in advance.
Trip Support & Concierge Services
We remain available before and during your trip to assist with questions, updates, or adjustments. Optional concierge services are available for travelers seeking additional support.
Support may include:
· Pre-departure guidance & visa assistance
· Itinerary updates or changes
· Dining and experience reservations
· Assistance during travel when issues arise
Enhanced concierge or urgent support may incur additional fees.
What we don’t do
We Don’t Offer Free Custom Trip Planning
Personalized itineraries require time and research. For this reason, custom planning begins only after the applicable planning fee is confirmed.
We Don’t Match Online Deal Sites
We don’t operate as a discount booking engine and do not price-match online travel agencies. Our focus is on personalized guidance, reliable suppliers, and providing thoughtful travel planning services, not flash sales.
We Don’t Control Airline or Supplier Policies
We do not set airline, hotel, cruise, or tour policies. Changes, cancellations, refunds, and penalties are governed by the individual supplier’s terms.
We Don’t Guarantee Availability or Pricing
Travel availability and pricing can change at any time. Quotes are not guaranteed until bookings are confirmed and payments are processed.
We Don’t Provide Legal, Medical, or Visa Guarantees
While we can offer general guidance, we are not responsible for visa approvals or entry decisions, medical clearance to travel, or government and border requirements. Clients are responsible for verifying all required documentation and eligibility prior to travel.
We Don’t Replace Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Without insurance, clients assume full responsibility for financial loss due to cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.
We Don’t Operate Trips or Travel Services Directly
